Section 154 of the Code Of Criminal  procedure, 1973” has been amended, and “sections 114 A of Indian Evidence Act, 1872 and section 166 A of Indian Penal Code, 1860” have been inserted. Newly amended “Section 154 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973” provides compulsory registration of FIR in case of sexual offences whether it seems false.
