Becoming hardline-practitioner of Love, Humanity and Universal Brotherhood

The auctioning of Muslim women on the app named Bulli Bai by using their publically available images and morphing up some of those images , resurfaced the issue of deep-rooted hate, bigotry harboured by some people towards the particular community and could be seen as continuing the disastrous trend of spreading communalist feelings , promoting hatred, fostering divide on the basis of religion . 

The incident can’t be seen in insulation and is very much connected to the series of occurrences that have been taking place in the past on similar lines of fostering ill-feelings on the basis of religion, then be it the frequent disruption of Namaz taking place in open in Gurugram, fake encounters that took place in Hyderpora in J and K of the civilian persons, or be it preventing Munawar Farooqui from hosting his shows in different parts of the country symbolizing the administration’s pandering to a heckler’s veto, be it the vandalizing of churches in different parts of the country like Agra ,Assam and Haryana and burning of Santa Claus statues at the hands of the right wing organization of Bajrang Dal or be it the hate-speeches , clearly amounting to a call for genocide at Haridwar in December 2021 .All of these incidents showcase an exacerbation in the feelings disrupting peaceful coexistence of the different communities in the country India, which cherishes a history of being multi-cultural,multi-linguistic,multireligious for so long .

But if one tries to reach the root of this deep-entrenched zeal to spread hate ,the zeal to see this nation as a nation of one religion, the desire to do away with the secular -democratic notions as well as the notions promoting fraternity and communal harmony and take pride in the composite culture of ours stems from the misinterpreted notions of the past and the intent to bind the contemporary population of the particular community with the cruel deeds of the despotic rulers from the country’s medieval history , so as to satisfy their ultimate revenge against those who weren’t really practicing the administration of the state then, according to any religious law but were simply doing all that it took them to satisfy their despotism and perpetrate their autocracy by whatever means possible.

The idea of a past however brutal should not bind our minds and souls to make them adamantly and eternally so sour and bitter that there never remains any difference between the spirits of the persecutor and persecuted , because if that happens then it’s the victory of that wicked approach which was successfully capable in penetrating their evil demeanor into the people who were made a subject of the same successfully! As it would turn out to be significantly disastrous if the population of the nation allows it’s past to control it’s present actions in a negative way so as to ruin a beautiful future which the different communities ,castes' and culture's people forming an integral part of this nation can create together by sowing in together the seeds of love, peaceful coexistence, harmony , tolerance and standing up for each other’s rights and interests . 

It’s high time that the people of the country realize who the true demons and foes of the society are, and from whom do they really encounter a risk , it’s high time for the people to not see the communities and the entire people of the communities from the examples set by the fundamentalist and extremist members of the respective communities and they realize that their ultimate power has and will always lay in them being united, and that it’s their unity that seems to bother not just the adversaries of the nation but also the political groups whose politics seem to rest on communal lines and playing of the majority- minority card . It’s highly indispensable for all of us to realize that the business of perpetration of hate seems to flourish the politics of some sections of people and that they all can not just afford to let go off their truly INDIAN SPIRIT which has cherished the values of peace , brotherhood , equality and fraternity ‘above-all the superficial divisions of sects, race, castes , languages and religions, throughout its existence and that aberration of these universally accepted values at particular times in the past , couldn’t and shouldn’t envenom the spirits of all those ,who have believed and forever remained allegiant to the highly sanctified Constitution of this nation , whose makers were such loyalist to the notions of Love and Harmony , that even the turmoil and bloodshed of the partition of the nation which the country witnessed in 1947, couldn’t move them even the slightest to give the Constitution of the country even the slightest tint of theocracy, majoritarianism or a fascist -autocracy which would avenge on its alleged adversaries by promoting an extreme version of nationalism, disdaining of human rights of the people and silencing any voice that may rise against it . 

Let’s get together to counter all sorts of communal, sectarian ,casteist radicals by becoming hard-line practitioners of the values of LOVE, HUMANITY,UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD. Let us all start afresh , let’s believe in bringing about a reformation for good , for this nation which we call ours . And one of the most crucial steps in this regard would be mandatory courses the realm of History for all the students of the school irrespective of the stream they opt for before their seniorsecondary and also at the graduate , by the teachers whose selection should be via a properly defined and transparent procedure ,the major objective of whom should not be to provide a biased interpretation of history from one side, but whose ultimate purpose purports to presenting of the actual facts and undertaking deliberations and discussions over those past occurrances and the values to be learnt or which have to be shunned with respect to those past events, to make students capable of framing an opinion by a critical analysis of an event ,so that they don’t remain completely oblivious to the liberal – intellectual discourse and further spread mis-interpretation of facts by educating themselves from the WHATSAPP UNIVERSITIES , to give them an opportunity to come out with unique methods via which they believe they could spread the awareness ‘bout the actual fact and story check of some of the contestable past events and teach the indispensability of the values of equality, fraternity , secularism , peaceful co-existence , to make people aware with the help of some real-life instances of how the politics of hatred of politicians flourishes 

when they could promote the countrymen to not let go off the burden of all the negative things practised by the autocratic rulers of the nation, and how an indoctrination of false narratives forever keeps the people bound by the shackles of their past ,with an effect that even till date they consider it their moral obligation to avenge the vandalizing of the temples at the hands of Aurangzeb but not to learn from and carry forward the legacy of Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, that they get infuriated merely when a clothing brand uses an Urdu- phrase for the festival of Diwali and create a furore when a jewellery brand showcases a heartwarming love that the inlaws of the bride showers upon her , wherein it was an inter- religious marriage , not realizing that the beauty of the nation has always heightened when our Muslim friends sweetened our mouths with the ‘sewai' on Eid which smelled with the fragrance of love and the world looked so much lit- up when Diwali makes people irrespective of their religion light up the lights at their places and that division of ours couldn’t ever take place on the basis of saffron or green as each Indian takes pride in the Tiranga of this nation ,the charm of which is because of the magic it casts and strength it showcases to the world at large via the unison of saffron and green ,flaunting it’s forever commitment to love and peace by the white in the midst.Let’s not let the polarization and politicizing on the basis of communal lines deviate us from holding them accountable for some of the major responsibilities they were endowed with , with respect to infrastructural development, structural consolidation of health and education sectors and providing jobs and alike and so on. 

Let’s come together ,to prove all those religious fanatics and fundamentalists and to all those who seem to give air to their politics via communal and prejudicial statements of the true strength of the hardline practitioners of love , humanity and universal brotherhood.
